Las reserves the right to deny service AT ANY TIME to abusive or hateful people & those engaging in illegal activity. Refunds will be issued based on amount of work completed.

Las will issue a full refund upon request if no work is currently completed. If work has been started, a refund will be issued minus the work completed. Ex., you paid for lined, but a refund was issued at sketch phase, you would receive lined cost - sketch cost.

Sketches/Doodles:

No previews or changes are available for sketches or doodles unless they're mistakes Las made.

Lined and Painted:

Sketch phase: Las will present the sketch for feedback. Changes to pose, composition, & details are accepted. Additional fees may apply if significant changes to the originally-agreed-upon piece are required.

Lined phase: Las will present the lined piece for feedback. Corrections/changes to details may be accepted at this time. Additional fees may apply if significant changes to the originally-agreed-upon piece are required.

Color phase: Las will present the flat color for feedback. Corrections/changes to color may be accepted at this time. Any changes/corrections past this point will incur an additional fee unless it was a mistake Las made.

Las takes pride in their work. If you note a mistake they made, even a year later, they will attempt to fix it at no additional charge.

Art may be used by commissioners for non-commercial purposes. They may post, repost, or print it for personal use only.

Art may also be used for the commissioner's streams and video creation.

Credit must be given where Las's signature or logo are not clearly present & visible on the art.

At no time may Las's art or links to it be added to any blockchain or used to advertise or support them.

Art may be resized or cropped by commissioners, though not with the intention of removing the watermark or signature.

Art may not be edited or altered without Las's permission with the sole exception of coloring blank lineart. Commissioners may color or have colored blank lineart provided that credit is still given to Las for the linework.

Links may be shared, but please do not repost art without permission.

Art may be reposted ONLY by Las, the commissioner, & the character(s)' owner(s). They may upload art to galleries such as FurAffinity and e621 as long as characters, commissioner, & artist are named and/or tagged.

Uncredited art or art reposted without artist, commissioner, or character owner permission WILL be DMCAed. (Crypto-thieves, repost accounts, & thieving RP accounts, you are warned.)

Art may not be sold unless it's being transferred along with the character being sold.

Art may not be sold for more than was paid.

Las does not permit her art to be involved in blockchains in any way, whether as an NFT or purchased, sold, or traded via cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies.

If it isn't already clear, Las is firmly against cryptocurrency, NFTs, and blockchains as they consider it a scam and a contributor to climate change, environmental destruction, increased energy prices resulting in hardships to the chronically ill, disabled, and poor.

Las's art may not be used to advertise or support blockchain technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrencies.

Las's art may not be incorporated in whole or in part into NFTs or any blockchain technology.

Las's art may not be purchased, sold, traded, or transferred using cryptocurrency or anything else using blockchain technology.

Original art may not be edited except by Las, unless it's to add it to a character sheet, add text, or a watermark. Designs may be altered in new art or Las may be asked to make edits to the original art (fees may apply).

Character designs may NOT be resold at a higher price than they originally sold for unless there is additional art adding value.
